You don’t need more content about Church Revitalization. You deserve a process that’s proven to work.
The Church Revitalization University course is not about supplying your leaders with more information. This is a course with a bias for action. Every training session builds towards an actionable workshop so you can start making decisions and stop having discussions.
Every church will designate a team session facilitator– it can be the pastor, a board member, or a lay leader. Each lesson includes a guide for facilitating the session successfully.
Your church does not need more information. You need to made critical decisions. Each session has corresponding whiteboard workshops to guide your team to make an actionable plan.
Everyone who registers for the full course will have access to our Church Revitalization University community on Facebook. This is a great space to interact with other leaders who are on their Revitalization journey.
The lessons include training videos to use with your whole leadership team, along with special videos designed for the leader(s) that facilitates the team sessions.
Each lesson in the full course will come with a workbook for the members of your leadership team. The workbook ensures everyone remembers what is covered in the sessions.
The course comes with tools and processes your church can use so that your plans become reality. This course is designed to make sure you stop talking about Revitalization and start experiencing it.
What Leaders are saying about the process
The Strategic Envisioning process not only helped us develop a vision, but also the strategies, actions, and engagement we needed to move toward it. Now our ministry has increased clarity and focuses on fewer things that have more Great Commission impact.Lee W.
Strategic Envisioning has rejuvenated mission-mindedness within our congregation, [leading to] meaningful and effective ministry not only “in” the church but also “outside” into our local community. [Our] members are energized and motivated by being able to make decisions and run with ideas instead of sitting as spectatorsEd M.
As an aging congregation that was in strong decline, the Strategic Envisioning process empowered our leaders to think about church and ministry in a way that has set them on the path toward health and vitality.

Isn't "Strategic Planning" for businesses, not the church?
God is a fan of planning! He’s made a plan through the ages, and He has a plan for your life. We believe that planning and listening to God’s voice in the moment are not mutually exclusive. In fact, having a solid plan for the future enables you to hear God’s voice more clearly in the moment because you’re not frantically moving from one idea to the next.
How long do we have access to the course?
You have access for one year from the cohort’s start date (currently Feb 1, 2020 to Feb 1, 2021).
Do we have access to the whole course immediately?
No. Church Revitalization University functions in a cohort model. Our hope is that you will conduct your team work sessions at the same pace as our team at The Malphurs Group would if we were working one-on-one. Therefore the sessions are released monthly; though you will have access to the content for one year after your cohort start date.
Is Church Revitalization University connected to a Seminary?
No. Though much of the content in the course was developed by Dr. Aubrey Malphurs, long-time professor at Dallas Theological Seminary, the course is not accredited or connected to a seminary.
Do you have discounts for small churches?
Church Revitalization University is intentionally priced at a rate that we believe is affordable for any church that desires to undergo a comprehensive Revitalization process.
Who can have access to the course?
Your church will have one log-in. The training videos in the course are designed to be watched as a group, and the facilitator videos need to be watched prior to team work sessions. If you have multiple facilitators, be sure the username and password are something that can be shared internally.
Church Revitalization University is not just a course; it’s a comprehensive strategic planning process. Because of this, we like to guide churches through the course in cohorts. Registration for the Spring 2020 cohort is now closed. Join the waitlist for the Fall 2020 cohort today.
